We were fortunate enough to be recommended to Irina a couple of years ago. We have a German Shepherd, and as many dog owners know, some groomers are hesitant to take on larger breeds. Irina, however, didn’t hesitate for a moment.
From our very first visit, it was clear that Irina is truly dedicated to the wellbeing of the animals in her care. She takes the time to build trust with each dog and treats them as individuals. She quickly learned that Grace, our girl, is very sensitive about having her feet touched. In the past, nail trimming always meant a stressful trip to the vet. Irina provided us with simple but effective “homework” to desensitise Grace’s sensitivity — and, just as Irina predicted, it worked beautifully.
Drawing on her skills as a cooperative care groomer — where she “listens” to the dog’s cues — Irina became the first groomer ever to calmly and confidently trim Grace’s nails without causing her any distress. Her approach is truly holistic. It’s never just “let’s get the nails done”; it’s about understanding the bigger picture — the dog’s emotional state, past experiences, history of trauma, or any physical conditions — to achieve the best outcome for the animal.
Irina is completely focused on the wellbeing of the dogs she works with and has an incredible ability to read and respond to them. She knows that Grace, now a little older, can be unsteady on her feet. Rather than using an elevated grooming table, which would cause unnecessary stress, Irina chooses to groom her at floor level. I’ve watched her, quite literally, on her hands and knees trimming Grace’s nails — a perfect example of someone who truly puts the animal’s welfare first.
Her approach is grounded in science and supported by extensive experience in biology, animal massage therapy, and animal psychology. More recently, Irina has embarked on studies in animal physiotherapy and canine acupressure, further deepening her knowledge of musculoskeletal issues and complementing her qualifications in canine massage therapy. This means she can now offer targeted therapy to ease pain and discomfort, helping dogs regain comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
I cannot recommend Irina highly enough. She has genuinely been a godsend to our family. And I know Grace agrees — she recognises Irina’s driveway the moment we turn in and starts excitedly vocalising before we even stop the car. That says everything you need to know.

I 100% recommend Wild Dingo Wellness. Mila, my anxious rescue dog, had several sessions of therapeutic massage and K-Laser therapy. Mila is much calmer and less reactive to situations around her. She is sleeping much better. Thank you Irina for helping her.

Irina, I cannot thank you enough. Skipper, over the last 5 weeks, has become noticeably more relaxed. He has always wanted to be around us but never enjoyed touch and never approaches for a fuss, however since Irina and her hands have worked their magic, he's a different dog. He now leans in for a fuss and while not being demanding requesting affection, he does not pull away or flinch as he used to. Can't thank Irina enough. The funniest thing was when we would arrive at Irinas house, skipper would stand at the front door wagging his tail, almost knowing what was to come. Thank you again Irina.

I would thoroughly recommend Irina. She has worked wonders with her cooperative care with our traumatized spoodle from previous groomers. He has highly sensitized paws but irina has gained his trust with her techniques. He now happily goes into her grooming studio and she can groom his paws without fear of being bitten ! Our other dog had spinal surgery and still has weak legs. Irina shows care and compassion working with him safely. She goes the extra mile learning how to handle him. Irina not only cares and handles the dogs well she goes the extra mile learning new techniques to help with dog management.

I started going to Irina when my dog suffered serious grooming trauma and no one else could handle him. Irina's connection with my dog is one of absolute trust and my dog connects positively with her in every respect. My boy won't let anyone else except Irina touch his feet, including me. He listens to her and is always happy and confident when he leaves her salon and he always looks amazing. Her co operative care protocol is excellent and she achieves outstanding results in the way my senior dog responds to her. She understands canine behaviour and emotions and is always ready to give advice when needed.
